The Dirre Inchini project area, threatened by soil erosion and poverty, is located 188 km west of Addis Ababa. More than 10,000 people will benefit from the support of the WaterFoundation. Tree nurseries will be established, fruit, coffee and fodder trees will be planted, and 800 beehives will help pollinate the plantations and provide income generation opportunities for families. Several spring taps and water systems will provide better hygiene and clean water.
