Georg Huber

The Munich-born graduate in business administration has been supporting the WaterFoundation as a member of the Board of Trustees since the beginning of 2025.

Georg Huber is chairman of the board and shareholder of the family-run company Huber SE, based in Berching (Oberpfalz). The internationally active company develops solutions and technologies for the recovery and recycling of water, nutrients and energy, true to the motto: “Wastewater is a resource.”

After graduating from high school, Georg Huber held various positions at Huber Technology in France, Singapore and the USA. After graduating in England, he worked in sales at Hans Huber AG in Latin America before taking over as head of finance at Huber SE in 2006. In 2008, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer. He has been CEO since 2010.

Georg Huber is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Huber Technology Foundation and a member of the board of the German Water Partnership.
