25 years of WaterFoundation

In 2025, Waterfoundation will celebrate its 25th anniversary – a quarter of a century of commitment to providing access to clean water worldwide. In our anniversary year, we have set ourselves a special goal: We want to repair 50 broken water pumps in Tanzania, thereby restoring access to vital drinking water for thousands of people.

In many regions of Tanzania, up to half of all water pumps are out of service due to a lack of maintenance and spare parts. Every pump that is repaired means clean water for hundreds of people, better health, more school attendance for children, and new prospects for entire villages.

Our goal: In our anniversary year, we want to raise €75,000 to enable the repair of these 50 water pumps. With your donation under the reference “Donation 2025” you will be giving hope and improving the lives of many families in the long term.
